Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a fee based on the service booked:
- Services $149 and below: $50 cancellation fee
- Services $150 – $349: $75 cancellation fee
- Services $349 and above: $100 cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will not incur any fee.
No-Shows
- Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full service fee being charged.
Rescheduling
- Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if at least 72 hours’ notice is given.
- Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment may result in the same cancellation fees listed above.
Refunds
- Where applicable, refunds or credits will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Credit toward future bookings is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Service Terms
- All pricing and service inclusions are listed on our website and may vary based on vehicle condition.
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or for extra services not included in your original booking.
Amendments
- NextCarDetail reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
