Booking Deposit
All bookings require a 49 dollar deposit to confirm your appointment.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable once the booking is made.
The deposit will be deducted from the final service cost on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable at any time.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may incur an additional fee of up to 30 per cent of the total service price.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment will not incur an extra fee; however, the deposit remains non-refundable.
- No shows will be charged the full service fee, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
- Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in an additional 30% fee.
Refunds
- Deposits are never refundable.
- Service fees that have been paid in full are only refundable if the cancellation is made by NextCarDetail.
Service Terms
- All pricing and service details are listed on our website and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or for extra services not included in the original booking.
Amendments
- NextCarDetail may update or amend this policy at any time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
