Booking Deposit
- A $49 deposit secures your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- If you cancel with adequate notice, you will forfeit the deposit only. However, cancellations made under 24 hours may be charged the full service amount.
- In addition, no-shows and failed mobile access may be charged in full.
- Please note that detailing results depend on the condition of your vehicle. Therefore, some stains, scratches, marks, damage or other defects may be permanent.
- Maintenance plans are designed for regular vehicle upkeep only. If your vehicle is heavily soiled, NextCarDetail may require you to book a separate detail first, at our discretion.
- There is no lock-in period for maintenance plans. You can cancel or pause your maintenance plan at any time.
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable at any time.
- If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours, NextCarDetail may charge an additional fee of up to 30 per cent of the total service price.
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment, you will not incur an additional cancellation fee. However, your deposit will remain non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee. In addition, NextCarDetail may require a new deposit before accepting future bookings.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking once if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice. In this case, we will transfer your deposit to the new appointment date.
- However, if you reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, an additional 30% fee may apply.
Refunds
- Deposits are never refundable.
- Service fees that have been paid in full are only refundable if the cancellation is made by NextCarDetail.

- All pricing and service details are listed on our website and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or for extra services not included in the original booking.
CALL-OUT FEES (mobile)
For workshop drop-off bookings, there is no call-out fee.
For mobile bookings up to 30 minutes away, a $30 call-out fee applies.
For mobile bookings 30 to 50 minutes away, a $50 call-out fee applies.
For locations beyond 50 minutes, we recommend workshop drop-off. Alternatively, NextCarDetail can provide a quote on a case-by-case basis.
Amendments
NextCarDetail may update or amend this policy at any time. However, the version of the policy that was in place when you made your booking will apply.
